Mr. Callahan is a managing director at The Roxborough Group, overseeing asset management of Roxborough’s investment portfolio. Prior to joining Roxborough in 2022, Mr. Callahan was west coast regional director of asset management for Jamestown LP, driving strategy, repositioning, and leasing initiatives for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of mixed-use properties. Mr. Callahan previously held roles at Wilson Meany LLC, where he worked on notable San Francisco redevelopment projects including 140 New Montgomery and Treasure Island; Community Housing Developers, a developer of affordable housing; and Catellus Development Corporation.

Mr. Callahan is a board member of the Golden Gate chapter of Lambda Alpha International, the global land economics society, and a former board member for the SF Market, San Francisco’s only wholesale produce market. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
