Ms. Schadlich is the Director of Investor Relations at The Roxborough Group, overseeing capital formation, investor strategy, and client service across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth channels. She is responsible for cultivating and deepening investor partnerships while also strengthening investor services and operational infrastructure.

With more than 30 years of experience in private equity real estate, Ms. Schadlich has held senior investor relations and capital markets roles at leading firms including Stockbridge Capital Group, Alecta, and Prologis. Most recently, she served as Head of Investor Services at Carmel Partners, an institutional multifamily investment manager.

Following her tenure at Prologis, Ms. Schadlich worked with Alecta, Sweden’s largest pension fund, to source and invest more than $1 billion of equity across diversified real estate projects in the U.S.

She currently serves on the Planning Commission in Healdsburg, California. Ms. Schadlich earned a B.A. in International Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
