Mr. Callahan is a managing director at The Roxborough Group, overseeing asset management of Roxborough’s investment portfolio. Prior to Roxborough, Mr. Callahan was west coast regional director of asset management for Jamestown LP, driving leasing, repositioning and sustainability initiatives for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of mixed-use properties. Mr. Callahan previously held roles at Wilson Meany LLC, where he worked on notable San Francisco redevelopment projects including 140 New Montgomery and Treasure Island; Community Housing Developers, a non-profit provider of affordable housing; and Catellus Development Corporation.

Mr. Callahan is a volunteer board member for the SF Market, San Francisco’s only wholesale produce market, and is a member of Lambda Alpha International, the global land economics society. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
