North Sea Capital Buys LAX Office Tower

The 15-story, 300,000-square-foot office tower trades hands for $45 million.

North Sea Capital has acquired an office tower in the LAX submarket for $45 million. A joint venture between the Roxborough Group and the Ruth Group sold the 15-story, 306,000-square-foot office property. NKF’s co-head of U.S. capital markets Kevin Shannon, senior managing director Michael Moore, and executive managing directors Ken White and Sean Fulp represented the seller in the deal. In addition, the buyer secured a $39.7 million acquisition loan.
