CoStar Group: The Roxborough Group Hires Real Estate Investment Expert Matt McCormick as Senior Vice President
Matthew McCormick to Source, Manage Western U.S. Investment Opportunities as SVP
The Roxborough Group has brought on institutional real estate investment veteran Matthew McCormick to serve as senior vice president.
Based in the firm’s San Francisco headquarters, McCormick will be in charge of sourcing and managing investment opportunities across the Western U.S. on behalf of Roxborough Fund I, the firm’s emerging private equity real estate fund formed to provide flexible capital and operational services to reposition real estate assets and real estate-related operating companies.
McCormick previously co-led Stockbridge Capital Group’s capital markets and acquisition team for the Western U.S. He also served as an associate director for Cushman & Wakefield’s New York investment banking group from 1999-2005.
McCormick holds a Master’s Degree in mathematics with an emphasis in financing from Columbia University and earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University.
